About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care services in the Bath region. This is your chance to lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with care standards, and promote the highest quality of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the care service.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
* Maintain high standards of care and support for clients, ensuring that their individual needs are met.
* Lead and support a team of care professionals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Manage relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
* Support the growth and development of the service in line with strategic objectives.

* Working towards or already holding a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
