Role Overview: You will assist with the tendering and pricing process across all projects. With tender values ranging from £20k to £3-4 million, this role is ideal for someone that is looking to develop commercially, is organised, and happy to learn. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the tender process from initial enquiry to final submission. Help price tenders using sub-contractor supply and fit packages. Input costings into client-supplied documentation and scopes of work for managers review. Attend tender site visits with line manager, clients and contract managers. Liaise with and grow a network of reliable and specialist sub-contractors. Ensure timely and accurate submission of fully priced tenders. Requirements: Ability to work apply knowledge and assist with multiple tenders under tight deadlines. Ability to gain an understanding of sub-contractor markets and pricing processes.
