As a Digital Marketing Executive for Sandal Group, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and engage our target audience. You will be working as part of a small team and collaborating with other departments within the business to ensure a consistent and impactful online presence. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and has a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital campaigns with overall marketing objectives and sales targets.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights, with recommendations for optimization, to inform future strategies.
Utilise Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive engagement.
Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
A/B test and optimize email campaigns for better performance.
Ensure Customer Journey and Contact Plans are kept up to date and relevant
Website Management:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the Group, BMW and MINI websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website enhancements, updates, and new features.
Work on optimising the group websites to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
a) Local opportunities to be identified through effective use of the MIS Aftersales system and outbound activity and events delivered through close collaboration with the relevant internal marketing, CRM, and other customer-facing departments.
b) Working closely with the Service, Parts & Bodyshop Manager to ensure our business potential is maximised to ensure that we exceed our customers’ expectations.
The Candidate:
Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, the automotive industry would be advantageous
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends.
