We are ambitious, fast-moving, and committed to excellence. Professionalism, initiative, and collaboration drive our success and we are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take a central role in our operations team.
The Role
This is a leadership role with both operational and administrative responsibilities. You will oversee a small warehouse team, manage daily workflows, and ensure all shipments and inventory processes are executed with precision. The role will be based across two sites, in Christchurch and Tower Park.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve high levels of performance and efficiency
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments
* Oversee shipment documentation and associated administration with accuracy and attention to detail
* Work closely with senior management to align warehouse activity with business priorities
* Monitor performance and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved
* Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised warehouse environment
* Assist with staff scheduling and provide cover when necessary
* Demonstrate flexibility during peak trading periods (October–December), including overtime and occasional weekend work
Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High level of computer literacy, particularly with spreadsheets and internal systems
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
* Solid standard of English and Mathematics
