Responsibilities as General Manager
* Take full ownership of day-to-day pub operations
* Lead, develop, and build a strong FOH and BOH team
* Drive service standards and guest experience
* Manage P&L, labour, and overall site performance
* Work closely with owners on business direction and growth
* Create a welcoming, community-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a General Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
* Background in quality-led pubs or restaurants
* Strong leadership and team-building ability
* Commercial awareness and confidence managing a business
* Passion for hospitality, food, and creating great guest experiences
* Someone excited by the opportunity to build and grow a site from the ground up
