About The Role
Our Butlin's resort in Bognor Regis is recruiting for a Sports & Activities Team Member Plus to join us. If you're a team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to get stuck in, this could be just the role for you! Enjoy working with others, learn new skills, and have fun while doing it.
As part of the Sports & Activities team, you'll be responsible for providing guests with fun and entertaining activities such as pottery painting, football, archery, mini-golf, go-karts, and managing the activity booking point. Additionally, on Mondays and Fridays, you'll work with the Accommodation Team to clean guest accommodations, including kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and bathrooms, preparing for arrivals. The typical working hours are 35 hours per week, over five days.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys teamwork, is comfortable communicating with guests, and thrives in a busy environment. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for high-quality service are essential. Previous experience in activity-based work is desirable, along with creativity, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills, especially in sports coaching.
You must be over 18 years old for this role. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating.
