Responsibilities
* Prepare Environmental Management Plan;
* Prepare Beam Plus EM & A Report;
* Prepare submission to EPD such as construction waste disposal, notification for air pollution control, construction waste disposal, wastewater discharge license;
* Prepare environmental report for biweekly progress meeting;
* Manage and coordinate all works including the preparation of BEAM Plus submission materials to fullfill the BEAM Plus for New Buildings Version2.0requirement;
* Coordinate tree related issue (existing tree within site).
Requirements
* Holder of Environmental Officer Course run by the Construction Industry Council Training Academy (CIC) or equivalent, with qualification of BEAM Pro;
* At least 5 years of construction site experience;
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
