Demonstrate expert clinical knowledge, health promotion and holistic assessment skills and will work with the patient and their carers to assess, plan, implement and evaluate their ongoing care and support needs in their own home or temporary/usual place of residence. Supervise, mentor and teach junior members of the team key clinical nursing skills and will support the management of performance. Support the Operational and Clinical Team leaders in the delivery of best nursing practice, be involved in triage, allocation of work and leadership of other staff, manage team resources and deputise in their absence.
