Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef located in Bromley at Concerto Catering. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. Additionally, the Sous Chef will collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and maintain food safety standards.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
* Experience in supervising kitchen staff and ensuring food quality
* Menu planning and development skills
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Previous experience in catering or hospitality industry is a plus
