Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Workplace teams confidently, managing daily operations to maintain service levels
2. Proactively review operational areas to improve efficiency and develop processes
3. Coordinate and assist with hospitality bookings and delivery for meetings and events
4. Conduct campus/building tours for new employees and visitors with a positive attitude
5. Complete daily and monthly checklists to ensure workspace quality and enhance performance tracking
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
6. Proven leader with extensive experience managing high-profile client-side workplace projects
7. Multi-site facilities management experience in a corporate environment
8. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
9. IOSH qualification desirable
10. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels
11. Skilled at motivating on-site teams to deliver exceptional service and experience
