Location: You will be based in Hebburn, and you would have the option to work remotely for 2-3 days per week supporting Projects and Servicing activities. You'll make a difference by: - Support delivery of outstanding EHS performance across all work sites. - Support delivery of an EHS-driven culture by actively engaging with employees and contractors at all levels and influencing behaviour. - Provide EHS advice, considering changing business needs and technological advancements, to ensure effective risk control. - Support delivery of conformance with EHS requirements through the management of an externally certified management system (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001). - Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to share best practices and elevate EHS standards. - Lead incident investigations and share lessons learned to continuously improve our safety performance. - Support the development of and implementation of EHS risk-based strategies to enhance safety performance in key risk areas. - Support compliance with EHS training and competency requirements and deliver induction training. - Identify digitalisation opportunities to meet future EHS needs of the business.
