Residential Development Solicitor, 4+ years, Leeds, To c GBP 90,000 (DOE) : A fabulous opportunity to join a market leading Residential Development team within this national law firm. JOB REF: 3068
* This high:impact role will see you working closely with top housebuilders and a specialist developers on major projects across England and Wales.
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload including land acquisitions, developer collaboration agreements, disposals of serviced parcels, funding arrangements and regeneration projects.
* Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with at least 4 years PQE in real estate, ideally with experience advising on and an interest in specialising in development projects.
* You’ll be collaborative and commercially astute, with a keen interest in residential development work.
* You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
