Job Description:
A leading insurance company is looking to hire an Interim Assistant Company Secretary. This role will assist the Head of Legal with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Role responsibilities:
* Organising and maintaining agendas and collecting, organising, and distributing meeting papers, including producing minutes and action points.
* Handling all company secretarial work (including services to clients) and other duties such as FCA/PRA filings and relevant legal and regulatory submissions.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and monitor adherence.
Requirements:
* Qualified Company Secretary/Governance Professional or England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
* Experience in company secretarial procedures and statutory requirements, including filings, amendments to articles of association, share capital reorganisations, and share transfers.
* Extensive minute-taking experience and ability to produce minutes in a complex environment.
* Experience in reviewing contracts.
