We are looking for
Performance Marketing Manager
to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
This role will lead our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, maximising ROI and driving revenue growth. The role will focus on managing PPC, social media, and display advertising efforts, encompassing data analysis, strategy refinement, campaign execution, and optimisation. In partnership with cross-functional teams and our digital marketing agency, the role will orchestrate a comprehensive digital paid media strategy, aimed at generating qualified sales leads and boosting conversions. This role is pivotal in achieving our growth objectives and engaging our target audience effectively.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in digital campaign management, from strategy to execution, and advanced in A/B and multivariate testing, enhancing organisational change through analysis.
The role will be based in Dorking (hybrid), with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week. The role also allows flexi hours to suit, offering 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm.

You'll know your CPL's from your CPM's and be as comfortable digging into the minutia of the data as you are translating it into insight and actions to challenge our digital agency with, plus present back to key stakeholders.Yo
* u'll have reached a level of comfort with GA4 that means you can quickly and easily find what you're looking for, whip up an exploration or, ideally, pull it into Looker Studio to be shared with the wider business.Yo
