You’ll be involved in complex, cross-border transactions for a mix of national and international clients—private equity sponsors, listed companies, and family offices. The work spans M&A, private equity, IPOs, and public takeovers, all delivered from a single-site office with a strong team culture.

* Ideally 3-6+ years PQE in Corporate law
