Job Description:
As a Senior Learning and Development Manager, you will hold a critical role providing strategic leadership to enhance and mature the learning offer, aiming to build the regulatory and technical capabilities required in HSE during a significant transition period.
This role is within the HSE's Human Resources Division (HRD) and is part of the wider HRD Organisational Development Team. You will implement corporate organisational development (OD) and learning and development (L&D) strategies aligned with HSE’s People Strategy, taking direction from the Head of Organisational Development.
You will provide strategic direction to an established learning team and lead the end-to-end delivery of the Learning & Development plan, ensuring that deliverables meet learner and organisational needs while managing a complex training delivery schedule.
You will drive innovative solutions to create a high-quality L&D offer supporting the regulatory and technical development needs of HSE Divisions, with a primary focus on the Building Safety Division.
Additionally, you will lead a team of learning and regulatory specialists, working collaboratively with energy and pace to develop and deliver provisions aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.
