About the role
You will work closely with the AUB Academy Manager to develop and expand bespoke course offerings for domestic and international markets. Your key responsibilities include:
* Leading the design and rollout of new programs tailored to diverse audiences.
* Conducting market research to understand sector needs and competitor trends.
* Building strategic alliances with industry, civic organisations, educational partners, and government bodies to increase access, student progression, and income.
* Developing and implementing high‑level outreach and marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns and channels to boost programme visibility.
* Identifying and securing new income streams through commercial hire of university assets, venues, and capacity.
* Supporting the long‑term vision of AUB Academy as a national and international leader in bespoke arts education.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong project‑management skills and a self‑starter attitude.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Experience in researching, planning, and delivering administrative and operational functions.
* Demonstrated ability to create contemporary and accessible course portfolios.
* A passion for creative arts education and a commitment to delivering outstanding student experiences.
Working Conditions
This role includes occasional out‑of‑hours work, especially during the undergraduate summer recess. A flexible schedule will be arranged in consultation with the AUB Academy Manager.
