Social, emotional & cognitive support for students with various SEMH-related needs
Day-to-day responsibilities as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
* Supporting students in developing their social, emotional, and cognitive skills
* Liaising with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider community professionals (e.g., Educational Psychologist) to ensure students are on track
* Supporting the team in creating a progressive and welcoming learning environment
* Working with students across various year groups with learning disabilities (Autism, ADHD) and mental health needs

The ideal candidate
* Holds a degree in a related field
* Prior experience working with students (preferred but not essential)
* Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Empathetic, proactive, and ambitious
* Aspiring to pursue careers in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Counselling, or Pastoral Work
