My client is a national energy efficiency specialist delivering innovative carbon reduction and energy-saving measures to residential, commercial, and social housing. Due to rapid expansion, they now have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Retrofit Assessor to join their enthusiastic and ambitious team.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out property assessments, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 standards. You will work across a variety of property types, modelling SAP data and identifying suitable whole-house retrofit measures. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of your time spent on-site conducting surveys.
We are looking for someone with Retrofit Assessor accreditation, at least 2 years' experience, and strong knowledge of energy efficiency measures. You will be confident engaging with residents, colleagues, and installers, able to manage your own workload, and eager to develop further skills such as ventilation testing.
The Person:
1. Qualified Retrofit Assessor with relevant accreditation
2. Fully versed in PAS 2035:2023 standards and RdSAP methodology
3. At least 2 years' experience delivering retrofit assessments
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
The Role:
6. Carry out retrofit assessments across a variety of property archetypes
7. Collect accurate property data and produce reports using Elmhurst software
8. Model SAP data to recommend suitable whole-house retrofit measures
9. Work closely with residents, colleagues, and installers to ensure compliance
10. Embrace opportunities for further training, including ventilation testing
