The Role - Maths Teacher As a Maths Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across KS2, KS3, and KS4. Teach Maths up to GCSE level, ensuring students are supported to achieve their full potential. Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students with SEN and SEMH. Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment. Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families to promote educational and emotional progress. Support students with behavioural, emotional, and social challenges using a calm and consistent approach. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders within the Dorking school setting. Essential Requirements We are looking for a Maths Teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has experience teaching Maths, including GCSE Maths. Has previous experience working with SEN or SEMH students. Can confidently manage behaviour and build positive relationships with students. Is patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting vulnerable young people. Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
