Support Worker
Pay: £12.21/hour
Shifts: Day & Night | Flexible rota-based

We’re recruiting dedicated Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and emotional support in care homes and nursing homes. This is a fulfilling role where you’ll help residents maintain dignity, independence, and comfort in their daily lives.
What You’ll Do:
· Assist with daily living activities
· Provide companionship and emotional support
· Promote independence and wellbeing through tailored care
· Support residents with dementia, physical disabilities, or complex needs
· Work collaboratively with nurses, families, and healthcare professionals
· Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and care standards
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in adult social care, residential care, or nursing home settings
· Kind, patient, and respectful approach to care
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
· Relevant qualification (or willingness to work toward one), e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
