Rate of Pay: £13.47 - £17.13 per hour
Summary:
Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a proactive and organised Project Officer to support two Project Managers in delivering inclusive, community-based programmes across the county. The role involves supporting the delivery of a wide range of sessions and activities, attending events throughout Conwy, and working with partners and community participants. The Project Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery through effective administration, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to two Project Managers in the planning, delivery, and monitoring of various community-based projects.
* Attend events and sessions across Conwy County alongside Project Managers, supporting engagement and logistical coordination.
* Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including local community members, participants, and partner organisations.
* Maintain accurate records of project participation, activity delivery, and other monitoring data.
* Assist with reporting, including data entry, summarising feedback, and creating basic evaluation reports.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential due to travel requirements across the county.
* Confident in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and maintaining accurate records.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, with strong attention to detail.
