An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated and inspiring Science Teacher with QTS to join a supportive and forward-thinking educational setting in Somerset.
This full-time role is available for an immediate start, working with learners aged 11–19 across secondary and further education.

It supports young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism, PMLD, SLD, MLD, and associated visual and complex needs.

The Role
* Deliver engaging and accessible Science lessons tailored to a range of abilities
* Differentiate learning to meet complex and individual needs
* Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Work closely with support staff and specialists to enhance learning outcomes
* Create a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience or strong interest in working with students with additional needs
* Patient, adaptable, and creative teaching approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
