Overview
Looking for a Trade Supervisor to join a growing maintenance contractor based in Basingstoke on a permanent basis. Offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive company. This role covers Basingstoke, Reading and Newbury areas.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the Repairs work stream and maintenance works across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
* Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance.
* Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Work closely with subcontractors and senior management to meet and exceed contract requirements.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Repairs or Trades/Maintenance Supervisor, within social housing.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
* Trade background with relevant qualifications.
