The Role
As a Quality & Performance Coach, you will ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across beauty education programmes.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Providing 1:1 coaching and support to Tutors to improve delivery and learner outcomes
* Conducting observations of teaching, learning and assessment (OTLA)
* Delivering CPD sessions, training, and Tutor inductions
* Supporting quality assurance activities, including deep dives and samplingMonitoring learner progress, attendance, and achievement
* Leading and implementing Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs)
* Supporting curriculum development and standardisation
* Working collaboratively to strengthen quality and operational performance
This is a hybrid role, combining remote and onsite support across contracts.
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will bring a blend of industry expertise and a passion for quality improvement.
Essential (Mandatory Requirements)
* Level 3 qualification in Combined Beauty Therapy
* Level 3 qualification in Makeup (including Bridal Hair & Makeup)
* Level 3 qualification in Nail Technology
Please note: Candidates without the above Level 3 qualifications will not be considered.
You Will Also Have
* Experience in quality assurance / IQA within beauty therapy (NVQ/VTCT)
* Strong background in delivering beauty services across multiple disciplines
* Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop Tutors or Assessors
* Experience conducting observations and delivering structured feedback
* Knowledge of EPA standards and awarding body requirements
* Experience using ePortfolio systems (e.g. Mgn8, OneFile)
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
* A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends
