We're proud to be working with one of the Cotswolds' most picturesque and prestigious hotels. This award-winning 4-star property is searching for a hands-on and inspiring F&B Manager to lead their front-of-house team across two multiple-rosetted fine dining restaurants.

Due to the hotel's location, having your own transport is essential.

* £44,500 package

Responsibilities as the F&B Manager…
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of all F&B operations
* Leading, mentoring and motivating a talented team of supervisors and waitstaff
* Driving service standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience
* Collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house
* Managing rotas, stock control, and departmental budgets
* Acting as a role model and champion of the hotel's values and service ethos
