Whether guiding their path to net zero or redeveloping their facilities for enhanced efficiency, we create better places for work whilst taking away the burden of facility operations, freeing up our customers to concentrate on their business.Role Overview:To assist the Operations Manager in the operation of site contracts in line with divisional objectives and offer day today client facilities management support.What you'll do:Review and evaluate existing soft & hard services contracts, to provide KPI and SLAsProvide day to day hard & soft services contract management (cleaning, vending, catering, contractormanagement etc)Production of accurate contract performance reports weekly, monthly, as and when requestedProduction of helpdesk related reportsCommunication to client departments of completedand planned worksProvide day-to-day FM operational support to the clientClient liaison and complaint managementDealing with subcontractorand supplierenquiriesComply with any additional ad-hoc instructions which may be givenAssist with overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance schedulingOperating as a member of the EMCOR team, to lead and support all site based servicesEnsure KPIs/SLAs are met and communicated to the TeamPlan and co-ordinate team briefings and Toolbox TalksReview staffing levels and labour costs ensuring that they remain within the budget at all timesProvide monthly operational reports including budget performance against agreed targetsInfluence and encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practice across site(s)Regularly meet with the clienttocommunicate key contract issues in support of sustaining partnership values and the smooth running of the businessDeliver all the requires outputs against the agreed KPIs whilst striving to improving performance beyond the baseline targetIdentify cost reduction opportunities resulting from improved / changed maintenance techniquesManage/assist in recruitment procedures to ensure legislation and processes are adhered in order to identify suitable candidates with key skills and attributesAssist in the duties/responsibilities of the Operations Manager in any absenceTo perform any other reasonable duties required by the Operations Manager and/or Account DirectorPerson Specification Who you'll be:Technical Certificate or DiplomaIOSHH or NEBOSH QualifiedExperience of Producing & ReviewingRAMSExperience within a similar role, managing the delivery of complex high value contracts with both hard & soft servicesexperienceExperience of using Word, Excel, CMMS and Helpdesk PackagesAn excellent level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills, with an emphasis on accuracyCommunication skills a good use of oral and written skills to communicate, in detail, accuratelyAbility to sustain effective relationships by understanding the importance of professionalism and able to handle complaints effectivelyAbility to plan and organise in a timely manner, prioritising workloadseffectivelyDrive and determination by accepting challenges and striving towards departmental, personal & company goals & ObjectivesReliable and resilient under pressure, accepting responsibility and taking ownership & AccountabilityHas a detailed understanding of operational needs, having a thorough awareness of commercial implications of actions.At EMCOR UK, we embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic that makes you unique.
