Job Title: Amazon Ads Manager
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2 days/week in the office)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + quarterly bonus (up to 10%)

Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead strategic planning and optimisation of Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns
* Develop long-term growth strategies and identify opportunities to scale campaigns and drive commercial results
* Analyse campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Oversee campaign setup, targeting, and optimisation, ensuring technical execution aligns with strategy
* Advise on best practices, platform updates, and emerging retail media trends
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution and high-quality reporting
* Balance strategic priorities with hands-on campaign oversight
Your Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Amazon Advertising
* Sponsored Ads knowledge (desirable but not essential)
* Amazon DSP knowledge (desirable but not essential)
* Confident in client-facing communication and relationship management
* Previous agency or retail media experience is a plus
