* SDR
* £30,000 - £35,000 plus commission
* Newcastle based
* Hybrid - 2 days in office
The Role
* Outbound Sales role - calling, emailing, socials, events.
* Conduct thorough research to identify target organisations, key decision-makers and ideal customer profile prospects.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria to ensure strong fit.
* Consistently hit activity and outcome targets
* Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM
* Track and report on key SDR metrics such as conversion rates, response rates and pipeline
* Share market intelligence and prospect feedback to help refine sales messaging
* Participate in regular training and coaching to deepen product knowledge
The Person
* Previous experience in a Tech sales role
* Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to engage senior stakeholders credibly.
* Strong active listener with high emotional intelligence
* Able to uncover pains and motivations quickly.
* Resilient and persistent, comfortable handling rejection while maintaining positive attitude
* Organised and disciplined, with strong time management
* Tech-savvy, comfortable using modern sales tools and CRMs
* Able to grasp and clearly articulate complex technical solutions
* Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
