Role: National Accounts Administrator:
Location: Abingdon
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
The National Accounts Administrator works as a pivotal member of this team to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised, and customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
This is a desk-based role but also involves a large quotient of product review and sample management.
Key Responsibilities of the National Accounts Administrator:
Maintain Key Customer administration files
Attend internal meetings and take detailed minutes
Carry out retail pricing market research - online and store visits, obtaining samples
Help to prepare and create presentation documents - Excel or PowerPoint
Manage customer sample requirements, including receiving, unpacking, reviewing, weighing and measuring, recording, packing and despatching as required
Respond to and follow up any customer enquiries
Complete all customer product information forms and any other information required to a high level of accuracy
Working with various customer portals
Help to coordinate artwork creation and distribution
Coordinate technical files and liaise with external testing houses
Provide general support to National Account Managers and the team
About you:

Good Microsoft office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
