What You Will Do:
* Design components and systems for advanced vehicle platforms, ensuring they meet global standards and regulations.
* Transform design concepts into prototypes, followed by validation and preparation for mass production.
* Collaborate with suppliers to manage prototype manufacturing and ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
* Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support project development.
* Actively participate in hands-on workshop activities, bringing designs to life and solving practical engineering challenges.
* Ensure all projects meet cost, timing, and quality objectives while adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.
What You Will Bring:
* Proven experience in 3D CAD design and familiarity with PLM systems.
* A background in off-highway, agricultural vehicle design or vehicle design, with expertise in areas such as operator enclosures, hydraulic systems, cooling systems or electrification.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders worldwide.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for turning innovative ideas into reality.
