The team are now looking for a motivated Property litigation Associate to join this well-established and forward-thinking practice.


The Role

The firm is seeking an Associate to join its busy and dynamic Property Litigation department. This is an exciting opportunity to take on real responsibility from the outset, with clear future scope to build your own client base while working on a diverse range of high-profile property litigation matters.

The department has experienced significant growth and under strong leadership, is well positioned for further expansion. You will work closely with a team of highly experienced partners and senior lawyers, many of whom focus on prime London real estate and act for HNW and UHNW clients.

As an Associate, you will assist on a broad caseload that includes professional negligence, dilapidation claims, contract disputes, arbitration and mediation, as well as landlord and tenant disputes, break notices, lease terminations and possession proceedings.

With the firm\'s ambitious growth plans, this role offers excellent prospects for progression. You will gain exposure to complex, high-quality work while developing your profile and taking on increasing responsibility for business development as your career advances. Requirements

* Be an experienced lawyer, with 2-5 years\' PQE in property litigation.
* Confident and self-assured, with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality, detailed legal work.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, combined with a flexible approach to meet urgent client and court deadlines.
* Commercially minded, able to provide strategic, practical advice while maintaining outstanding client service.
* Proven ability and enthusiasm for future career progression and business development.
