Step into a professional, fast-paced, and fun environment where your earning potential is limitless. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you’ll receive top-notch training, enjoy a buzzing work atmosphere, and benefit from an uncapped commission structure.
No property experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed as a Trainee Estate Agent.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-7pm, every other Saturday 9am-5pm
Driving licence essential for these locations
Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent:
* Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
* Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.
* Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
* Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
* Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
* Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable timeframe.
