A bit about what you will do As a Luxury Sales Reservations Agent your job is to execute the service promise to our guests. Your knowledge of the hotel & the technical skill you display when liaising with guests, will showcase and highlight the professionalism and luxurious nature of the Fairmont brand. As a Luxury Sales Reservations Agent, effective and engaging communication is the paramont when speaking to fellow Colleagues and Guests. Maintain thorough understanding of current promotions, contracted rates, luxury travel programs, and all departments including, F&B, Spa etc. E nsure personalised and seamless service by collating full guest details including preferences, arrival times, and special requests Act as a point of contact for luxury, entertainment, and build relationships whilst maintaining detailed guest and entourage profiles Send weekly VIP arrival lists to stakeholders, review daily with internal departments to ensure amenities, welcome cards, and requests are accurately fulfilled. Demonstrate energy, adaptability, confidentiality, and high attention to detail; follow hotel policies, safety standards, and show leadership in guest-facing areas. Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., room upgrades, meal plans); coordinate with F&B, Spa, Concierge, and other teams to meet guest needs.
