About the Role
Our client, a highly regarded fine dining restaurant in Essex, is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager (Front of House) to lead their front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring fine dining standards are consistently achieved.
* Lead, train, and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Manage staff rotas, shift planning, and day-to-day service operations.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain seamless service.
* Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and care.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and food hygiene requirements.
* Contribute to business performance through service efficiency, revenue growth, and guest retention.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within a fine dining environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* A passion for hospitality and a natural focus on guest satisfaction.
* Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Financial acumen (budgets, GP, stock control) is desirable.
