Business Development Manager
The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing UK leader in sub-contract plastic injection moulding and electronic device assembly services. With state-of-the-art facilities and superb marketing support, the company has doubled its revenue over the last four years and is continuing to expand by winning market share.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing new contracts across a wide range of manufacturing markets, both in the UK and internationally. You will target leading manufacturers of consumables, devices, and equipment, engaging with senior decision-makers across departments such as purchasing, supply chain, and design. Alongside developing new business, you will also manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.
A typical week is working from home two days, two days spent visiting customers across the territory and 1 day based in the office in Oxfordshire. Occasional overseas travel (three to four trips per year) is required to develop international accounts.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Business Development Manager role you should have:
· Experience selling subcontracting services or PCBs to OEMs
· Strong understanding of OEM supply chains
· Ability to travel across the UK and internationally when required
· Full UK driving licence

The Package for Business Development Manager:
· £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
· £10,000 bonus
