The Business Funding team contacts existing customers to offer cash advances to help their businesses grow. Your role involves understanding their needs, explaining our services, and assisting with applications.

Responsibilities:
* Contact existing customers to build relationships and identify upselling opportunities for cash advance services.
* Understand each customer's financial needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Explain the benefits and features of our services, addressing questions and concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
* Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
* Stay informed about industry trends and system updates to provide informed guidance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in financial services.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
