Job Title: Sous Chef
The Bosville and Marmalade Hotels are seeking dedicated Sous Chefs to join their talented culinary teams on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves working a minimum of 45 hours per week, across five days out of seven, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and standards
* Maintain food quality and consistency
* Assist in menu planning and development
* Motivate, supervise, and train junior staff
* Communicate effectively with front of house and kitchen teams
* Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
* Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
