Essential
* Relevant undergraduate degree or evidence of working at degree level
* Confidence to deliver training to teachers and parents
* Proven experience working with neurodiverse students in educational settings, with a deep understanding of neurodiversity and its impact on learning
* Familiarity with SEND provision in mainstream schools, including relevant policies, practices, and legislation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with school staff, health specialists, and parent carers
* Experience delivering training sessions or workshops on neurodiversity topics to educators
* Ability to assess school environments and identify areas for improvement to support neurodiverse students
* Passion for inclusion and promoting positive outcomes for neurodiverse students in mainstream education
Additional Information
* This is a full-time position based in BaNES with flexibility to meet the needs of children and young people
* The successful candidate will undergo relevant training and induction upon appointment
* Travel within the region will be required; a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential
