This is a full-time, permanent role, available for an immediate start or from April 2026, on the MPS/UPS Outer London pay scale, ideal for an experienced Economics Teacher looking for long-term stability.
In this role, as an Economics Teacher, you will:
· Deliver engaging and challenging A Level Economics lessons across KS5
· Inspire students to develop analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills in Economics
· Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with exam specifications and school expectations
· Support students’ progress and provide guidance on exam technique and independent study in Economics
· Work collaboratively with colleagues within the sixth form and wider department as an Economics Teacher
· Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives for Economics

· Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching A Level Economics (KS5)
· Confident in planning and delivering challenging lessons as an Economics Teacher

· Excellent classroom management and communication skills
· Professional, organised, and committed to achieving high standards as an Economics Teacher
· Available to start immediately or April 2026
