Job Advert: Registered Manager – New Service (Ripon) Location : Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 1BD Shifts : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm) Salary : Up to £37,500 per annum (dependent on experience) About Us We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a 9 bedroom supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health. Role Overview As Registered Manager, you will: Ensure high standards of care, support, and compliance. Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals. Oversee the operational and financial efficiency of the service. Key Skills and Experience Essential : Proven leadership experience in social care. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to achieve). Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience with learning disabilities, mental health, or ABI. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Desirable : Knowledge of therapeutic care models. Driving licence (travel between locations is required).
