This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for maximising revenue and margin performance across the UK through effective pricing management, contract optimisation, and strategic account support.
As Commercial Business Manager, you will lead a team of 3 commercial specialist and work closely with relevant commercial Stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in shaping commercial strategy, ensuring pricing discipline, and supporting complex customer negotiations and long‑term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team responsible for commercial execution, pricing support, and contract management across the UK
* Own and drive pricing strategy, governance, and compliance in partnership with Commercial Business Analysts
* Ensure pricing structures balance competitiveness with profitability and margin protection
* Oversee and influence tender activity, contract negotiations, and commercial frameworks within key accounts
* Act as the senior commercial partner to Sales Leadership, supporting strategic deals, escalations, and complex negotiations
* Analyse sales, pricing, and market data to identify revenue risks, margin leakage, and growth opportunities
* Lead commercial planning and contribute to the wider business strategy and annual operating plans
Key Requirements:
* Strong commercial leadership experience within medical devices, medical manufacturing, or a regulated healthcare environment
* Proven background in pricing strategy, contract management, tenders, and commercial operations
* Experience leading or influencing commercial or sales‑support teams at a regional or national level
* High level of financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategy
* Full UK driving licence
