Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a company in Sutton who are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. We are looking for someone who has at least one year experience within an administration/ customer service role. Specific responsibilities include: Liaising with clients to schedule initial work and updating records and internal databases Scheduling work for engineers Responding to emails and any telephone calls with clients, following up and maintaining relationships for future work Liaising across other departments as necessary Handling & resolving queries efficiently Providing administration duties such as assisting in invoice preparation To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following: Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with minimum 5 grade A-C to include Maths and English Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Minimum 1 year experience of Customer Service and/or Administration Accuracy and attention to detail If this sounds like you, apply now!
