Job summary
Due torelocation of the current post holder, East Cleveland Primary Care Network is seeking to appoint a Business SupportManager to work closely with the Digital Transformation Programme Manager inorder to support delivery of the requirements of the PCN DES.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Transformation Programme Manager in the day-to-day running of the PCN office and delivery of the contract.
East Cleveland PCN supports personal development and appropriate training for this role will be given.
About us
The successful candidate will be based at one of the PCN member practices although there will be a requirement to travel to other practices across the Network which includes Brotton, Guisborough, Loftus and Skelton-in-Cleveland.

Job responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Provide high quality general and financial support to the PCN
2. Act as a point of contact for the organisation, communicatingeffectively and dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and emails
3. Develop strong working relationships with both internaland external stakeholders
4. Work closely with the PCN Digital Transformation Programme Manager to support the implementation and coordination of PCN DES requirements
5. Diary management: arranging appointments and meetings asrequired
6. Arrange and attend PCN meetings, preparing papers, taking minutes andrecording actions fromtime to time you may be required to chair meetings
7. Representthe organisation at various events as appropriate
8. Support PCN membersand partner organisations, promptly responding torequests for information, advice and support, escalating as appropriate
9. Productionof documentation including presentations, policies, procedures and reportsusing Microsoft Office software
10. Assist in collating and managing statistical information on behalfof the PCNvia clinical systems eg GPad and SysmOne
11. Coordinating financial processes including invoicing andsalaries
12. Support the process for recruitment, induction and training ofnew employees to the organisation
13. Support with project implementation andcoordination
14. Undertake desk top research as required
15. Undertake data collection, analysis andreporting as appropriate
16. Organise, coordinate and facilitate various events on behalfof the PCN
17. Maintain and update PCN website
18. Ability to work autonomously using own initiative withinspecific parameters to meet pre-arranged deadlines
19. Act as team leader and deputise for Digital TransformationProgramme Manager as required
20. Carryout any other appropriate duties as required.

Qualifications
Essential
21. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
22. IT qualification and competent in Microsoft Office packages especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
23. NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or relevant experience)
24. Experience of project coordination
25. Experience of creating processes to organise and monitor tasks, ensuring timely completion within deadlines
Desirable
26. Knowledge and understanding of Primary Care Network arrangements and their contribution to the NHS 10-Year Plan
27. Knowledge and experience of using clinical systems including SystmOne

28. Previous experience of working in the NHS, specifically in Primary Care and with healthcare professionals (including unpaid work)
29. Previous experience of working as a senior administrator/PA
30. Previous experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment
31. Experience of collating, analysing and presenting data
