Description Conduct detailed property inspections to identify disrepair issues and potential liabilities. P35 reports, Section 11's and 6.3 assessments relating to a clause within the pre-action protocol Prepare comprehensive reports to support legal claims and litigation processes. Provide expert advice on building defects and recommend appropriate remedial actions. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accurate and timely case preparation. Manage disrepair cases efficiently, keeping all relevant parties informed of progress. Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards. Attend court hearings as required to provide professional testimony. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned cases.Profile A successful Disrepair & Litigations Surveyor should have: Professional qualifications in surveying or a related field. Experience in handling property disrepair cases and legal disputes. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards. Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
