Bishops Vets in Hatfield, Herts, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, welcoming, and supportive team. This is a part-time fixed-term position for maternity cover lasting 9 months.
We require coverage for 8 hours on Fridays.
The role involves typical general practice duties, including theatre work, assisting with procedures, radiography, general nursing care, nurse consultations, dispensary duties, and some administrative tasks. As a relatively small practice, we value continuity of care, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, working collaboratively within a positive team, and engaging in a varied daily workload. We are committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance.
About Us
We are a well-equipped, single-site practice featuring digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental X-ray, in-house blood testing machines, a multiparameter monitor, Bair Hugger, separate dog and cat wards, and a dedicated nurse consulting room.

Applicant Requirements
We seek a qualified nurse; experience is advantageous but not essential, as we welcome applications from new or soon-to-be graduates.
