Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
* Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
* Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings efficiently
* Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
* Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically
* Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
* Support team members with administrative duties as required to ensure smooth office operations
* Handle correspondence via email and phone, ensuring timely responses
* Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming at all times
Requirements
* Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
* Demonstrated professionalism with excellent phone etiquette
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
