Your Role
As an AI Leader within Capgemini’s AI & Analytics Global Practice, you will shape the future of enterprise AI adoption by architecting composable, scalable solutions and driving innovation across sectors. This role goes beyond technical delivery: you will set vision, influence strategy, and lead transformation initiatives that empower organizations to harness AI responsibly and effectively.
You will own the end-to-end architecture of enterprise-grade AI programs, ensuring compliance, performance, and alignment with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will guide decision-making, champion ethical AI practices, and foster cultural shifts toward data-driven thinking. Through workshops, demos, and strategic engagements, you will position Capgemini as a thought leader in AI transformation.
1. Client Engagement & Advisory
 1. Serve as a senior advisor in client meetings, pitches, and workshops.
 2. Own the development of high-impact demos and proof-of-concepts aligned with transformation goals.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration for global AI asset development (RAISE).
 3. Influence executive stakeholders on the vision of our internal AI assets: architecture, roadmaps, risk mitigation, and ethical considerations, to accelerate client adoption and deliver measurable business impact.
 4. Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Developers, and Business Executives to align technical execution with business goals.
3. Architect and Build Composable AI Solutions: Lead the development of modular, reusable AI components using standardized pipelines for scalable deployment across environments
 5. Enable Rapid Experimentation and Scalable R&D: Drive innovation by creating production-ready frameworks that support both traditional and generative
 6. AI use cases
 7. Governance and Compliance: Ensure traceability, bias monitoring, and audit readiness through integrated compliance tools and dashboards
 8. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and benchmark AI performance, latency, and cost to guide strategic decisions
4. Solution Design & Architecture
 9. Translate business requirements into AI solution architecture.
 10. Design scalable, secure, and compliant AI systems using GenAI, ML, and agentic frameworks.
 11. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define solution blueprints.
You will lead the implementation of AI, ML and GenAI solutions by working closely with cross functional teams. As a trusted leader, you will offer expert guidance to senior executives and raise awareness with stakeholders on their decisions, best practices, potential risks as well as ethical considerations. Additionally, you will drive initiatives including change management training programs and cultural shifts, fostering a data and AI mindset within firms and promoting the adoption of AI, ML and GenAI across our client portfolio, while staying up to date with industry trends and advancements. You will provide recommendations and work closely with specialists, adjacent engineering disciplines as well as interested stakeholders to develop cutting-edge solutions. By fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation you will drive the development of intellectual property methodologies and best practices.

Your Skills and Experience
 12. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Machine Learning or related field.
 13. Consulting experience across a variety of industries and functions.
 14. Cloud, ML and GenAI, experience elevating practices on a global scale.
 15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the willingness to collaborate across teams of internal and external staff.
 16. Executive leadership with demonstrated command skills.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain. 
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
