What You’ll Be Doing

As our Client Success Partner, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted voice for our customers, creating exceptional experiences, solving problems with empathy, and building strong relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations from first contact to long-term satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day


Customer Support

* Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat professionally and promptly.
* Provide clear information about our services, properties, and booking processes.
* Address concerns or complaints with care and proactive solutions.


Relationship Management

* Create memorable experiences to convert first-time clients into long-term advocates.
* Follow up with clients for feedback and satisfaction checks.
* Represent Flex Living with professionalism, warmth, and a focus on customer success.


Problem Solving

* Troubleshoot booking or property issues and keep customers informed.
* Work with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.


Feedback & Insights

* Gather customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
* Share actionable insights with the team to enhance service quality.


Admin & Reporting

* Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions using CRM.
* Assist in tracking performance metrics and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in customer support, client success, or a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* A positive, calm attitude in challenging situations.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, support platforms, and digital workflows.
* Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
* Empathetic with a genuine desire to help others.
