Are you an experienced Service Manager with a strong technical background in commercial refrigeration looking to take ownership of a growing service department within a forward-thinking business?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Refrigeration Service Manager who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and strategic input, with the chance to shape service operations, secure new business, and progress towards a future Director-level role within the business.
The Role:
Manage and lead a team of refrigeration engineers and support staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workload management, and resource planning
Drive business growth by securing new service opportunities aligned with the companys growth strategy
Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, F-Gas regulations, and company procedures
Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving escalated service issues where required
The Person:
Experience in refrigeration and air conditioning service management or a similar role
Holds relevant refrigeration qualifications (F-Gas, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
